Trade Program FAQs
How do I log into my Trade Partner account?
The Trade Partner log-in has changed, we no longer use passwords. Once you input your email address you’ll be sent an email with a one-time, 6-digit code you’ll need to enter to log in. This change was made to improve your account security.
Can I see my order history and past invoices in my Trade Partner account?
Yes. You will be able to view all past orders made by yourself or others in your company in your Trade Partner account.
Can coworkers within my organization see orders placed by other coworkers?
Yes. Multiple buyers and locations with unique payment terms and user permissions can share a company profile.
Can I make draft orders?
Yes. You can now convert a shopping cart into a registered order without payment. This feature is especially useful if you need internal approval before finalizing an order. You can then go through a submission request and track the progress directly in your account.
Can I set up stored payment methods?
Yes. You can now speed up payment processes by securely storing your card on file at checkout or in customer accounts.
